We are excited to announce that online ordering for the 22/23 ICMS Yearbook is now available! The price for a Middle School yearbook is $12.00. We are partnering with HRImaging to directly order through their website: https://book.hrimaging.com/ Click on the blue “Order Now!” banner, type “Illini Central Middle School”, then enter the student’s first and last name to ADD TO CART. Ordering online is the preferred option, but there will be paper order forms available in the next week. ALL ORDERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MARCH 3, 2023. The IC Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023 at 5pm in the District Office, 222 North West Avenue, Mason City. The Google Meet link is meet.google.com/ofy-awdq-djx

Bus 5 has experienced a mechanical issue. We are redirecting another bus that will pick up these students. Students will arrive home later than normal. Students were not at risk, and all are safe. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Illini Central student, Destinee Thomas has made 200 hats by hand and has donated many of them. She donates them to local hospitals. Destinee is a blessing to everyone she knows and to all of the people who benefit from her kindness. #WeAreIC #BeJimmy

This is a reminder that Illini Central schools will dismiss at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 20th and Wednesday, Dec. 21st, 2002. The last day of attendance for the first semester is Wednesday, 12/21. School will resume on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Have a Happy Holiday!

We wanted to share some information about the Illini Central shuttle bus that runs after practices in the evening. Here is that shuttle schedule: Shuttle bus will leave front of High School at 5:05 Shuttle bus will then go to Easton to drop off at the post office at 5:13 then Pick up at Easton gym at 5:15. ICMS will hold its first dance on Friday November 18th from 6-8pm in the cafeteria. The cost is $5. There will be snacks and drinks avaliable to purchase as well. Middle School dances are a casual event. Students may dress up, but it is not expected and the dress code must still be followed.

On Friday, November 11th at 10 a.m....Illini Central will be honoring our Veterans with our Veteran's Day Ceremony in the high school gymnasium. Mr. Olson's Advanced U.S. History class has been organizing this event. The FFA & ICHS office staff will be preparing lunch for our veterans in attendance. Our ceremony is open to the public. Reminder: There is no school on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 for Illini Central Schools in observance of Election Day. School will resume on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

Due to a glitch in the report Skyward ran for Honor Roll previously published, some students were left off the honor roll. We are proud of the hard work and dedication these students have demonstrated the in the first quarter, and we wanted to ensure they were recognized.
