Mrs. Droge's Environmental Science class did a lab activity where students demonstrated the concept of the “Tragedy of the Commons”.
Students “fished” from their pond to show how fast a valuable resource can be depleted.
They then strategized to come up with a plan or regulation to have enough fish to continue fishing for their community.
