At the end of April, the 4th graders were busy in Science. They had been learning about forces of motion and collisions. They each built their own contraption to keep their eggs safe. On Friday April 21st, they went outside to test their contraptions. The eggs were dropped from 25 feet in the air off of a lift.

The morning Pre-K dismisses at 10:30. Bus service will be delayed until the soft lockdown is lifted. We will notify parents via text when this occurs.

Illini Central schools are currently in a soft lockdown. There is not a threat to the school, students or staff. This is at the request of the Mason City Police Department in response to actions they are performing in the community.

The ICGS 4th Graders engineered their own roller coasters in April. This project was a fun activity for them!
