Ms. Bruce's 1st grade class recently finished up their Reading Knowledge unit "Different Land, Similar Stories." Each story setting was either a castle, palace, house, or similar structure; therefore, they created houses and castles out of toothpicks and marshmallows. This was more of a challenge than they expected, but everyone had fun in the process!
