The 4th grade classes went to Dickson Mounds in Lewistown last Friday, May 5th. They learned about the Native American tribes from the Central Illinois area. They enjoyed hands-on activities such as making small arrowheads, using tools for making holes in shells, and looking at animal hide clothing.
