Tonight...kicks off a busy week of Illini Central sports. We have three games on the schedule for tonight. The Cougar Basketball team gets their season started at Mt. Pulaski v. the host Hilltoppers in the Bill Rucks Memorial Tournament. Tip is scheduled for 8 p.m. The Lady Cougars travel down Route 29 for their game v. the Lady Warriors from Athens. Tip will be at 6 p.m. The ICMS Boys’ Basketball team hosts Lincoln Carroll Catholic in Easton. The 7th grade tip is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wishing all of our student athletes well this evening. #WeAreIC #BeJimmy

No Illini Central sporting events on the calendar for tonight, but we do want to recognize our Lady Cougar Volleyball All-Conference winners. Senior Kolbi Johnson was named 1st Team All-Tomahawk & 3rd Team All-Sangamo. Sophomore Bayleigh Thomas was named Honorable Mention in the Tomahawk. This is a reminder that Illini Central schools will dismiss at 11:30 on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021. Staff will be participating in school improvement activities in the afternoon. There will be no Pre-K classes on Wednesday. Pre-K screenings will be conducted from 8 am to 2 pm.

Tip is scheduled for 6 p.m. The ICMS/Greenview Lady Cougars basketball team hosts Pleasant Plains in Mason City. Tonight, we will be honoring our 15 8th grade players following the 7th grade game. The evening starts at 6 p.m. The ICMS Boys' Basketball team travels to PORTA for their games v. the Bluejays.
