Landon McGinnis, 8th grade, is the son of David and Angela McGinnis of Mason City. Landon has been a member of the basketball and track teams during his time here at ICMS.
His favorite sports memory is when his shoe fell off during the 100 meter dash in track. In school Landon says that his favorite subject is social studies.
Landon says that sports are important to him because they make him want to better himself and improve. His favorite movie is Step Brothers and his favorite food is an ahi tuna steak.
When asked his favorite quote, Landon said, “Hard work pays off.” One fun fact about Landon is that he grew four inches over this past summer.
Landon and his MS boys basketball team have just started the season and we would like to invite you to Easton this winter to support them. ICMS thanks Landon for all of his work in the classroom as well as his dedication to sports.
